Three profiles, one operative discipline.
- Succession dispersals · An estate disperses to three or four heirs across continents. The Maison inventories the residence with the eldest, builds lots by destination, crates, transports, delivers to each address. The signed photographic dossier is returned to the étude before the partage. Twenty per cent of the Maison’s residential projects fit this typology.
- Indivisions before partage · For mobilier in indivision pending notarial settlement, individual storage boxes per indivisaire, no commingling. Climate-controlled at 16-20 °C, 45-55 % relative humidity. Bi-monthly inspection, written report to the notaire. Separate release per heir on notarised agreement.
- Patrimonial moves coordinated by family office · The family office holds the calendar. The Maison aligns · multi-jurisdictional residences (Paris, Geneva, Monaco), CITES permits for collections, DRAC export certificates for fine art, documentation discreet, register of processing under GDPR Article 28 shared with the office’s DPO. No client name leaves the Maison.
