The method, five temps.
The Maison engages no residential intervention with a notice inferior to three weeks. Public parking permits in Paris alone require fifteen business days for instruction by the Préfecture de Police. The preliminary visit must be scheduled in conditions of serenity. Bespoke crates are manufactured. No urgency justifies abridging these steps.
The protocol unfolds in five temps · preliminary visit, coordination visit, preparation, transport, installation. Each presents an opposable promise.
Five temps, one signature.
- 01 · Preliminary Visit · The Mission Lead visits the residence within eight business days. No telephone quotation, no photographic estimate. Volumes assessed, sensitive pieces noted, access mapped, calendar drafted. The quotation arrives after the visit, never before. No commitment.
- 02 · Coordination Visit · A few days before the operation, the Mission Lead returns. The Cartographie des Sensibilités is established · standard goods, sensitive pieces, pieces of higher value. Bespoke crates are commissioned on dimensions taken at this visit. Higher-value pieces are inventoried and valued individually, basis of any insurance declaration.
- 03 · Preparation · One to three days of crating at the residence. Bespoke crates, acid-free tissue, DuPont Tyvek for the most sensitive surfaces, floor and corner protection. The client sleeps at home until the eve of transit. Goods do not leave the residence before the day.
- 04 · Transport · Transit follows the Triptyque d’Intervention. No overnight in third-party storage between two intervention days. On transits exceeding four hours, two drivers in rotation. Higher-value pieces travel in Convoyage Banalisé · unmarked vehicle, trained binôme from dismounting to rehanging.
- 05 · Installation · Unpacking, reassembly, wall mounting, hanging of works to the client’s plan or that of the decorator. Chandeliers rehung, furniture placed. Photographic closing dossier countersigned. Audit before mission release.
Three opposable guarantees.
AXA liability · door-to-door
Responsabilité Civile des Professionnels du Transport with AXA France IARD. €150,000 per loss for material damage, €10,000 per item not on the inventory, €50,000 per loss on goods entrusted. For higher-value pieces, ad valorem cover at 0.7 % of declared value.
Individual NDA
Each operative — permanent or supplementary — signs a nominative confidentiality undertaking before the first intervention at the residence. Vehicles unmarked. No client name leaves the Maison, past or present.
Six-year minimum experience
No operative of the Maison intervenes at a client’s residence with less than six years of operational experience. AFTRAL training acquired upstream, not on the client’s site. The qualification precedes the intervention.
