A Paris-Hong Kong mutation, nine weeks’ notice.
The CEO of a Franco-Swiss jewellery house is appointed to lead Asia. Hong Kong becomes the new family residence. Nine weeks to close · three schooled children, two homes to wind down, a collection of design furniture to transfer.
The Maison coordinates directly with the company’s mobility department for corporate documentation, with the concierge of the Parisian building for parking windows, with the future Hong Kong letting agent for handover. A single Mission Lead holds the schedule from first crate to commissioning of the new residence.
Transit is mixed · haute couture and sensitive pieces by air under continuous AXA cover; furniture by sea via Le Havre, dedicated forty-foot container, no groupage. Bespoke crates in ISPM 15 timber for unhindered phytosanitary clearance.

An international law firm closes its Parisian branch to install itself at the Dubai International Financial Centre. Sixty workstations, nine hundred confidential archives, a five-thousand volume law library, two boardrooms, corporate art on the walls.
The Maison inventories piece by piece with the General Counsel on site. Archives travel by separate convoy under GDPR Article 28 register and notarised seals. Furniture and works ship by climate-controlled container. Customs documentation — Cerfa 10070*02 for the exit, Dubai Customs attestation with war risk surcharge clarified — is filed by the Mission Lead in coordination with the bâtonnier.
Forty-eight hours’ interruption of activity, professional calendar preserved. On Monday morning, in Dubai, the lawyers enter their new offices and work. Legal continuity is the standard of executive relocation when the cargo is a head office, not an apartment.
A family office, three jurisdictions, one signature.
A Swiss industrial family opens a residence in Monaco for the father, keeps Geneva for the younger siblings, closes the Parisian apartment after twenty years. The family office coordinates. International mobility crosses three fiscal jurisdictions simultaneously · France-Monaco 1963, Geneva-Paris bilateral, dual taxation to arbitrate.
The Maison is not the patrimonial counsel. But it aligns to the calendar set by the family office and its tax advisers. The art collection is split into lots · some to Monaco, some retained in Geneva under CITES for protected materials. The Parisian furniture enters climate-controlled storage pending the final decision on the sale.
The relocation is conducted by a single Mission Lead. He speaks to the family office, the Monégasque letting agent, the conservator of the collection, CEVA Logistics, the bailiff who witnesses the export of the works. The client does not handle coordination · it is held.

Continuous insurance
AXA France IARD policy door-to-door · €150,000 per loss for material damage, €10,000 per item not listed, €50,000 per loss on goods entrusted. Ad valorem cover for higher-value pieces, contribution at 0.7 % of declared value. No rupture between CEVA Logistics and final delivery.
Customs in-house
Cerfa 10070*02, ToR1 (UK), formulaire 3299 (USA), UAE residence visa, attestation suisse de changement de domicile. CITES permits under the 1973 Washington Convention and Regulation (EC) No. 338/97 for protected materials.
Structural confidentiality
Individual confidentiality undertaking signed by each operative before first intervention. Vehicles unmarked. For corporate transfers, GDPR Article 28 register shared with the DPO or family office. No client name leaves the Maison.
